Interfaith Debate: Inner Peace

November 10, 2011 - Cambridge Hindu Society, Christian Union and Buddhist society joined together for an interfaith debate on the topic of 'Inner peace: How do we find it?'. Speakers representing the three different societies spoke on their perspective and took questions from the audience.

Diwali Dinner 2011

November 12, 2011 - CUHCS celebrated Diwali with our annual Diwali Dinner! This featured a puja conducted by our chaplain Dr Vick followed by a sumptuous full Indian meal.

October 10, 2011 - we welcomed His Holiness Radhanath Swami to Cambridge University. His Holiness is a spiritual teacher of bhakti-yoga within the Hindu tradition. He spoke on the topic of "Our world: Time for a positive change?"

Holi 2011

March 18, 2011 - Lent term ended in style with the celebration of Holi on Queens' Green. Over 150 people braved the cold to join us at Queens' Green and getting each other as colourful as possible.
